How it Works
Get points when you visit Premier Family Health
Start earning reward points by availing any our services, sharing your Premier experience via social media, or attending our events. Redeem points within the Premier Family Health facility and through our partner vendors.

Claim your points by scanning a QR code presented by our staff using the app on your smartphone. The points will be added to your account.

Here are the ways to earn points:
Premier Medical Services
Members can receive points each time they complete their medical visit at any of our 4 Premier Facilities (Primary Care, Urgent Care, Ancillary, and Wellness). You can claim your points after completing each service visit a service by proceeding to the designated department desk. Our staff will present a QR code for you to scan using the app on your smartphone. Points will then be allocated to your account as follows:

The points you earn over time qualify you for certain membership levels. And we don’t just mean the points you now have in your account, but the points you’ve earned overall.
Discounts are only available at the Gold and Platinum levels. Please refer to the table below.
